The park is a green belt approximately one half mile long between 8^th and 14^th Streets and between 18^th and Vineyard Avenues. Landmarks on 8^th Street are the Idaho State Veterans’ Home parking lot and Osborns’ Vineyards. 

The Regence BlueShield Fitness path provides pedestrian access through the length and width of the park. There are five points of entry for visitor access to the pathway system.

-         2200 block of 13^th Street

-         1000 block of 21^st Avenue

-         From the fire lane surrounding the Idaho State Veterans’ Home

-         From the sidewalk on the east side of 8^th Street in the 1900 block

-     Intersection of 10^th Street and Gateway Drive by historic stone tower
